For watch over us all night . So we take time this day to pray about our situation. Father ,Thank you for waking us up this Morning .let’s Start this week off with greatness . And let’s be grateful to the father for another day, Another day means another chance to get it right with you . What a blessing to have a kingdom connection. Im thankful I got a father that got me covered. No matter what We Winning with you . Thank you that you are able to bring hope and peace in our Lives even through the toughest of times, strengthening us for your purposes. Thank you for your mercy and grace. Thank you that you are always with us and will never leaving us. Forgive us for when we don't thank you enough or trust you for who you are, and what you can do. fill us with your peace and joy. We love you and we need you, this day and every day. We give you praise and thanks, for You alone are worthy Father thank you for your Almighty Power . Thank you that you go before us,  today God thank you for being a restorer thank you GOD for being a healer.  our provider our protector our way maker. Heavenly Father, meet the needs of those that don’t have a place to lay their heads and for the homeless to obtain shelter. Father, I’m praying for those dealing with mental health and PTSD . Open doors LORD of deliverance and help. I pray that you touch those that are sick in hospitals and nursing homes. Pray for those that are dealing with domestic violence. For them to get help to get out of a toxic and dangerous situation. Pray for those with any addiction to be set free from a codependency or seeking for a temporary solution. To self medicate. Praying  for those that are incarcerated and for Peace in this nation and peace in the middle east we pray for Israel and the peace of Jerusalem. and it in JESUS name I pray Amen

MY REFLECTION: 

Heavenly father Help me to be grateful for the time you have blessed me with and the time you have allow me to spend with my Love ones . Heavenly father It’s seem like the spirit of selflessness and self entitlement has crap into the hearts of some many . Father, I will admit I'm have been guilty of neglecting quality time with loved ones because I feel consumed with Wordly Affairs and  material things like work, money and Assignments and daily task . I don't want worldly possessions to cloud the importance of unplanned, intentional time with the ones I love.Father never let me get to a place where I start put things over people and work and money over Love and commitment and my kingdom and family responsibilities and priorities . I want to show my appreciation for the amazing people in my life by giving them my time and attention. When i’m out with them i don’t want to be on my phone i want to let know that the time with them matters and i’m in the moment and they have my full attention. And I Repect there time . We have lost it . the value of quality time in being present and enjoying the moment and being grateful for the time that God has given us to spend with family friends and loved ones to show our love now not when they’re gone. Family tomorrow not promise and who told us that we have time we don’t know how much time we have so why do we keep disrespecting time wasting time devaluing time . Lord have mercy on me i will not from this day Ford not be grateful for every moment minute second that you have given to me to live this life and to enjoy this life with the people you have all me to share life with .Father GOD tomorrow isn't promised and I want to show my love right now more than anything. Even if I miss what seems important to me, I know showing love to those in my life is honorable above all things . Help me father to be so grateful for everything and everyone. Never missing a moment to say Thank you and to let someone know how much they are appreciated it . We need to have a reality check in for me today is the day no one owes you anything and so in all things we have to be thankful and grateful for anything and everything that we do receive and that we do get helpless for God to let go our self and be selfless But walk in Love and compassion doing to others as we will have done to us and that we will want Done to us to treat others as we will want to be treated and we will want our family members to be treated. Help us let go of our double standard one sided one view of seeing things and doing things. The sun total of it all is to be grateful and appreciative. Help me to love those in my life , the same way You love me. Teach me how to be patient, kind, forgiving, and self-less ,Loving , Compassionate. Love covers all and I will walk in it .No Question.

Heavenly father with all my heart and soul I know You will make what seems impossible, Possible if i stay faith and put your name on it . And you will make supernatural POSSIBLE! Father i have decided that I'm putting your name on everything. I will have a But GOD in my mouth at all times no matter what . I'm starting with my words because there's power in my tongue to claim what l believe. I believe You know everything I need and Yoy know what’s best for me do I say yes to your will and your way . You make ways to prepare me before I receive. Father GOD Through my wait I'm proclaiming and professing everything that will be my reality! Shift my thoughts from thinking about what could or couldn’t happen. Father i just want to concentrate on what I can do with powerful thoughts grounded in me putting your name on it . Heavenly Father I need your spirit to lead me guard me in everything i do. father fill me with Your Spirit! may I want to sacrifice all of me for more of You. I want to overflow with Your Spirit and Your fire.That i may walk out your plans and assignments for my life with power . Father GOD I want to thank you for leaving me with the holy spirit which is my teacher.  I'm placing my life in Your hands to fulfill the supernatural works You want to do through me and for me.I need You to consume every area of my life so, Your joy and power runs over into every person and thing I touch. your There's no better life than the life You've drafted for me, no matter how much l've run from Your will. MY REFLECTION: 

Father i’m going praise you anyway. I know In my human mind it makes no sense to be happy and at peace and full of praise when circumstances aren't ideal and when all hell is coming h up against you when the enemy is at work in those you thought would have your back .But at this point father it don’t matter who come who go . I know for a fact I can depend on you . Your rick solid. Father the way I've seen You work out my past makes it real easy to praise You in advance . Your the same GOD  yesterday, Today , And forever. Heavenly Father I just want to Thank you for being with me through everything I have endure. I choose to praise You and thank You for everything You are and everything You do . Father you been right here in my darkest of times. So even when the enemy come in and try to raise up a standard against me I will look that situation right in its face and say no weapon formed against me will prosper. I know it and I believe it father I will praise You no matter what I see or feel Father You deserve my praise for what You've already done and for the breath I breathe right now in this very moment. GOD continue to do a work in my heart so, I immediately praise when I don't know how it will work out. I give You all of the glory and honor and all the praise .

MY REFLECTION: 

Heavenly father I’m choosing Love over anything and everything. I will love even when the situation is not lovable. I will love even when i not feeling the Love in return. GOD you said to love and to bless even our enemies for Love covers all . and to be completely honest God the way that you have created me to be I don’t know no other way I can’t love halfheartedly I can’t do the fake Love . I can’t love you one day and hate you tomorrow to be honest I may not like the spirit or the actions of my loved ones or those that I love but once I love I love to the end I do have to separate myself sometimes from those that I love Cosmin loving you is hurting me I have to back up and give them to you father but I still love them and pray for them every day but I’m learning how to truly love love is an action word is this not what we say but it’s what we do and how we respond to those that we love . Heavenly father I want all that I do to come from a place of love.No matter what my flesh may feel,I will choose to love because You love me even when l'm not the most pleasant person. If someone doesn't show me love, I'll commit to overcoming the darkness with Your light and the power of Love. Love has the power to heal and cure every situation. I believe in the power I have to make love the foundation of my life. Love is the gift that keeps giving and it's never in short supply! Thank you for the unconditional love You offer me each and every day. I pray You bless me with a heart that desires to give love without receipt or hesitation. MY REFLECTION: 

Father I want more of your spirit in my life so I can live the victorious life so that I will talk better think better respond better do better. Lord, fill me with Your Spirit in all i do . I want to sacrifice all of me for more of You.Heavenly father i’m tried of living a life that it feels like one day Im winning the next i’m feeling like Im losing . that up and down . back and forth . At this point father i realized that I’m gonna have to remove some things remove some people and change some situations to see the growth to see the victory in my life I realize that everybody can’t go where I’m going and some people will never understand that assignment or the call that is on my life and with the assignment in the car you have to make some tough decisions and you have to change some things in your life change and change until you change it so today I make a decision to change some things and some people in my life. Father I want to overflow with Your Spirit and help Your fire.I'm placing my life in Your hands to fulfill the supernatural works You want to do through me and for me.Father I need You to consume every area of my life so,Your joy and power runs over into every person and thing I touch.There's no better life than the life You've drafted for me, no matter how much l've run from Your will.I find back and ground 0 . MY REFLECTION: 

Father GOD , I need direction And peace from You more than ever before. Father  doubt is invading my thoughts. I see what seems to not be in motion right now and how things that I thought it would be different seem to be working against what I believe feel they should . Father GOD I’m believing You are working things out.  If You need me to be still, I will. If You need me to put forth more labor, Im williing too do that as well Father help me  when things seem to be going haywire and things are being flip up side down. Father All I want to do is trust in You and  obey the instructions You reveal to me. This situation is new and the circumstances are not at all what I’m use to dealing with .Heavenly father I know the power You have to turn things around!  I won’t doubt Your timing or Your method. I’m learn to dance with joy in my spirit because You’ve already ordained this day! Thank You for always remaining faithful and true. Reflection: 

Father this morning I ask that you help me to guard my heart and my mind . From wrong thoughts . From negativity and toxic people. Help me to be very aware of what I engage in , Even when I watch TV , Listen music or on social media Father help for i know What I listen To and what I allow my eyes to look at is very Important to my spiritual growth. Not guarding my gate ways affects my spirit and my soul . Let me stay guarded at all times . So I won’t be distracted or get off course . I will stay guard when life seem to take me on a roller coastal ride . I will stay guarded . When the storms come I will stay guarded. When I feel like just calling it quits, I will stay guarded and grounded . Help me to know the tricks of the enemy and how he tries to desensitize us and get us to fall victim to his schemes . and not seeing the danger in the things that we do that opens us up to wrong things and choices . GOD please protect us from making wrong decisions and wrong choices. That will eventually caused great pain or regret. I now  realizes Why it is the thought we think is so important?  To protect our minds We Just  need to load up on The Word of GOD Get the word of GOD into our hearts . Father I will hide the word in my heart that I might not sin against you GOD . By living according to your word . I will seek you with all my heart; Father GOD do not let me stray from your commands“the Bible tell us above all else, guard your heart; for out of it , are the issues of life?” Because the thought life controls the rest of your life. If you tell me what you think, I’ll tell you who you are and the life you live. What you think is what you are. The thought life controls you. “As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he” (Proverbs 23:7).  Your thoughts—positive, negative, good, or bad—control your attitudes. Your attitudes are the sum total of your thoughts. Your attitudes lead to your actions.  Your Thoughts Control Your Actions Before you can do a thing you have to think it. Your thoughts lead to attitudes; attitudes lead to actions; actions lead to those achievements. It all begins with the thought life. Your achievements will be the sum total of your thoughts we must be on guard Be careful what comes into your mind. You have to think pure thoughts. Now, a text without a context is a pretext, so context is important.   When GOD is in our heart, then we will think right, live right, do right. When GOD is absent, we think wrong, do wrong, live wrong. When GOD gets ready to change someone, how does He do it? By changing how they think. GOD changes the thought process help us LORD to stay on point and guard our hearts and mind .father help us Protect what we come in contact with and who we allow in our space. That may infect us with wrong thoughts or actions or deeds. Let me tell you something wonderful. God made you where you can’t think two things at one time. So how do you keep from thinking what’s wrong? Just think what’s right. And if you’re thinking what’s right, you cannot be thinking what’s wrong. It’s another way of saying, “Just load up on My Word. Get My Word into your heart.” Father GOD  i thank you for making me aware of what I needed to do to guard my Heart .  And stay on guard , And its in JESUS name I pray 🙏🏽 Amen

Father GOD , I want to grow and be totally set free . No more half in half out one feet in and one feet out . It’s all or none . I want to walk in power and totally freedom that will only come from a Surrendered life father I thank You for consistently taking away what I don't need! I don't need pride because it makes me focus on my plans instead of Yours. Father I don't need greed because it makes my happiness depend on material things . I don’t need a title cause make me look like i’m important and people look at me like i’m more then what I am like i’m the plug when jesus you are the plug . the connection to everything. Father what i need is a spirit of gratitude for the breath I breathe for my life for my Relationship i have you to do everything in my power to call tv and grow with my relationship with you. Heavenly father  I don't need selfish-ambition because it holds me back from believing Your possibilities are bigger than my own capabilities. I understand there's a reason You take before You give and right now I want to thank You for everything You've taken from me at the time I admit I didn’t understand it and that it hurt but I know that you said in your work that you know the plans that you have for me and that all things work together for the good. So father Im trust you no matter what come what goes it’s all good on my end .I will be unmoved . I’m so unbothered by the circumstances by hot things a lot because you said we walk by faith and not by sight I declare war on the enemy this day . Father You are bigger and better than all of the worldly traits I thought I needed to be a better me. Father I will grow in Trust, gratitude, and belief, And knowing with out a question you got this .Its working out . Father continue to do wonders beyond my knowing, all because of YOU! Reflection: 

Heavenly father I really don't understand why tragedy occurs in places and at times we least expected it to father I know the enemy comes to steal every ounce of peace from the hearts of Your people and bring hopelessness to us if we allow it. Father i know we can over come if we keep believing and fight with faith . But it still hurts to experience the attacks . And the pain that we experience from it every situation we face . Father i’m making a decision today Instead of walking in fear worrying about what could go wrong I will pray and trust the process and stand on  Your Word! Father You are in control of everything on Earth. And that includes the hard times that make no sense. Father GOD  Bless me with strength to call on the Holy Spirit to fight through my pain and pray about everything and stand on my faith. We need you more then anything father and we need prayer in our daily life like never before. Father You know we trust You to fight every battle and help discern which battles to fight in which ones to release to you. Thank you that you are always with us and will never leaving us. Forgive us for when we don't thank you enough or trust you for who you are, and what you can do. fill us with your peace and joy. We love you and we need you, this day and every day. We give you praise and thanks, for You alone are worthy Father thank you for your Almighty Power . Thank you that you go before us,  today God thank you for being a restorer thank you GOD for being a healer.  our provider our protector our way maker. Remind us of your strength today, may we see glimpses of your glory and blessing along the way as we seek after you. Father I  ask that you bless those that are less fortunate then us . Heavenly Father, meet the needs of those that don’t have a place to lay their heads and for the homeless to obtain shelter. Father, I’m praying for those dealing with mental health and PTSD . Open doors LORD of deliverance and help. I pray that you touch those that are sick in hospitals and nursing homes. Pray for those that are dealing with domestic violence. For them to get help to get out of a toxic and dangerous situation. Pray for those with any addiction to be set free from a codependency or seeking for a temporary solution. To self medicate. Praying for those being sold in human trafficking and sex trafficking send Aid and away of escape father .  pray for those that are incarcerated and for Peace in this nation and peace in the middle east we pray for Israel and the peace of Jerusalem. and it in JESUS name I pray

Reflection: 

Father GOD there are so many things I want to do just because they make me happy but my mind circles back to the responsibilities all around me.And all I have to do is.Father GOD , I need You to break the chains that keep me  from truly surrendering to You so You can take care of the burdens l've created in my own mind. Thoughts of how, when or what don't have to diminish my dreams, And my why and who is enough! When my desires make me happy and bless someone else, I have enough evidence to bring it to You for Your guidance and grace. Father keep so focus that no matter what happens , Who comes who goes i’m still grounded and standing on your promises . Father i know You placed the desire in my heart for a reason it's up to me to pursue it with passionate faith and a spirit-led direction.Not to compromise for nothing stay committed to my purpose into my assignment not allowing distractions and things of this world to get into my way of thinking and alter my direction to stay focused and determine to walk in my kingdom authority knowing that only what I do for Christ will last. I know You are my who I need You to reveal my why. I pray You direct my next step to pursue one desire of my heart today and allow to be ok with what ever happens knowing that all things work together for the good for those who are called. father God I know and I realize that I am called and chosen so I know my Attacks and test hit different But i will stand ten Toes down and fight with all my spiritual weapons. Even if i have to fight alone in the spirit I’m coming out with the Victory no matter what . I know your words said one Can  put 1000 to flight and 2 could Can put down 10,000 but I realize sometimes spiritually I have to go into war and battle on my own and so father God I’m prepared and preparing myself for whatever comes my way knowing that if Christ before me it is more than the whole world against me I’m winning this thing in Christ Jesus name Amen 🙏🏾

Reflection: 

Father GOD. I trust you and I believe in your he Word . Father but i don’t like how it feels when i don’t know what’s next or even if this strom im facing it’s going last a few hours , days , or week and the how and when . Now that’s what has me in this uncomfortable place. But I have In my  Spirit a but my GOD . Father thank You for Your timely instruction that directs me at the perfect time  Father Although it's uncomfortable to wait without knowing all of the details, waiting on You is well-worth the blessings it brings and the reassurance knowing that you got me no matter what . Father Waiting on You stretches my faith, tests my trust, increases my belief and enlarges my praise.Heavenly father it also opens me up to believe for more and pray more. I I thank You for being a GOD that makes me wait for ordained reasons that have necessary outcomes.  It's always exciting, surreal,And truly Amazing Father when You reveal Your wonders at the appointed time.Father me to have patience while i wait and never wavering on doubting that you will handle the way you planned . I need only be still and Trystthe same process . Father I pray You forgive me for rushing Your perfect plans you have for my life . Reflection: 

Father I see just How easy it is to slide into sin, And  how hard it is to break away from it! Turning away from sin means a serious fight against temptation. You grap your spiritual weapons and charge into the fray. But just when you feel you've made real headway, you run smack against the same sin. The enemy will put it right i. your face . Or he will keep reminding you of the good old days. Then after you give into your feelings and the temptation. Then the same devil that told it’s ok ok one time won’t hurt or you desire to have a little fun .Will turn right around and say now you know better look at you GOD is angry with you. You never get over this your not strong enough ,He will have you second guessing yourself asking Will I ever have the victory? GOD may let you fight sin for a while. Perhaps you need to learn its cost so you'll evade it another time. But keep on fighting the good fight and lay aside every sin and weight that get in the way of you walking in freedom . When temptation comes Fight back with GOD'S WORD, and seek to do right in the sight of GOD so it will become a thing of the past. THE pain of separating from GOD feels so sharp when you disobey GOD. GOD will feel so distant when you practice sin. But as you wage battle against your fleshy desirer . You will begin to understand how much he hates the sin that keeps you from him. And how you truly feel about yourself and how the choices you make affect you way longer then the act of the sin and the choices we make in the heat of the moment . You feel his love return as you let him be leader, ruler, GOD, LORD of your life and he fills you up with his love. Stand firm against temptation. Don’t slid back where you have been delivered from Father GOD, we thank you for keeping us from sin. Heavenly Father Help us to turn us away from it each day so we may stay connected to you and your favor, And your will for our lives.

Reflection: 

Heavenly father today I realize more then ever that i must protect my peace and my mental health. and guard my spirit at all cost . Father I am willing to acknowledge... Father that there is apart of you GOD  in me that requires time, attention and care . Father GOD I know you uses ordinary people to do some Amazing things Father and you use them not because they are special or because they have special abilities. But i realize you uses us because we are ordinary. And you said in your word you take the foolish things to confine the wise . Father It is only your power that can make the ordinary extraordinary! One of the ordinary things I can do that will have a GOD centered extraordinary impact is to take care of myself. Self-care is an acknowledgment of GODS divine presence in my life. I must spend time to get know you father and develop my relationship with you so people will see my GODLY works and deeds and glorify you father . I know now more then ever father that Spending time caring for my  mind enables your light father GOD of love and wisdom to shine through me and I can think , GOD thoughts and not Wordly thoughts. Father , I know when I make it a point to still my mind and my  body to care for my spirit, I open myself to receive the power of your wisdom Father GOD . This wisdom leads to righteousness right thinking, right action and right response in all aspects of my life.Father what ever you doing in this season please don’t do it with out me I’m choosing you. GOD  if you ain’t in it i don’t want it . Father i know  Caring for myself demonstrates gratitude for your presence in my life . Heavenly father There are people in the world who desperately need the presence of your light GOD , You are a perfect source through which that light can shine to them. People learn by example, Snd i father want be that example. I know that we are a living example. The world needs living proof that GOD is powerful and still work miracles and we need the Holy Spirit and the light of his love . Which is available to all of us if we seek and desire it. I realize The better you feel, the better you look. The better you look, the more inspiration you are and guess what we are a reflection of what we feel and think and who we spend time around we take on their behavior their characteristics and the way that they react and respond and it can have an effect on how we act and respond and even the mood or the energy that they symbolizes can affect how we move and how we look because if you’re around toxic draining people you will start to look stressed out and worried . Then you start looking old and it can affect you inside and out . Let take our power but from denying ourselves and not investing in ourselves . The more inspiration you offer, the more gratitude and appreciation you have and give . The more believable it becomes that there are benefits and rewards for caring for the GOD in you. Who in the world could not benefit from a little more Wisdom? A little more knowledge ? A little more Discipline? A little more Self Love ? A little more peace ? This month is mental health awareness. Let’s start to be more aware and conscious of who and what we take on in our spirits . And what we allow to attached to us and who we are around the Bible tells us that bad association is caused for corruption .The Bible also tells us to Guard our hearts and our mind because out of it . It affects everything I mean everything that we do trust and believe it .It most definitely will . I know that A touch of love? Or a surge of power? Is All it takes to move higher. Yes it will take time to develop some of these new behaviors but you owe you . A little care a little self Love . we invest in everything and everyone else . What about you how much time are you going invest in you ?  I know for a fact that  a few moments of silence and stillness each day have great effects on your health and spirit, Do it for yourself. Do it for your family . Do it for the world. If these reasons are not good enough, then do it for GOD we owe him our life . Enclosing take care of your my body , Mind  and Spirit we only get one chance at this life . And we only get one body so make every day count take care family. Lord help us all to take care. 

Until this moment you may not have realized that self-care is GOD care. Just for today, care for your mind, your body and your spirit as acknowledgment of GOD  and in service to the world. Today I am devoted to demonstrating my care for the part of God that in me and i will take care of me and those that are in my life by being the best version of me mentally and physically and emotionally and most importantly Spiritually.
