NO GREATER LOVE

 WORDS OF WISDOM:

 NO GREATER LOVE

 SCRIPTURES:

Lamentations 3:22
The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end

 1 John 4:7-12
Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God. Anyone who does not love does not know God, because God is love. In this the love of God was made manifest among us, that God sent his only Son into the world, so that we might live through him. In this is love, not that we have loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.

Titus 3:5
He saved us, not because of works done by us in righteousness, but according to his own mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewal of the Holy Spirit

1 John 3:1-24
See what kind of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God; and so we are. The reason why the world does not know us is that it did not know him. Beloved, we are God's children now, and what we will be has not yet appeared; but we know that when he appears we shall be like him, because we shall see him as he is. And everyone who thus hopes in him purifies himself as he is pure. Everyone who makes a practice of sinning also practices lawlessness; sin is lawlessness. You know that he appeared in order to take away sins, and in him there is no sin.

 Psalm 103:8
The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love.

Romans 6:1-23
What shall we say then? Are we to continue in sin that grace may abound? By no means! How can we who died to sin still live in it? Do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? We were buried therefore with him by baptism into death, in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might walk in newness of life. For if we have been united with him in a death like his, we shall certainly be united with him in a resurrection like his.

Ephesians 2:4-5
But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions it is by grace you have been saved.

 Prayer:

Father, I praise you this Thursday Morning. I thank you for another day, Father. Another day means another chance to get it right. Thank you, Father, for giving us this day, our daily bread and for leading us not into temptation, but delivering us from all evil. Help us to see all the choices we have ahead of us so that we can alter the direction of our lives. In this new year, we don’t want to repeat or keep traveling the same road. Give us the wisdom on how to handle situations in our lives. We ask You to empower us to let go of the painful events and heartaches that would keep us bound. Thank You for Your forgiveness that You have offered to us at such a great price. Pour it into our hearts so we can relinquish bitterness, hurts and disappointments that have no place in our lives. Please set us free to forgive those who have sinned against us and caused us pain, Open our hearts to receive Your complete forgiveness and amazing grace. You have promised to bind up our wounds and restore our soul. Create within us a clean heart and renew our spirit, Lord. Help us to relinquish our past, surrender to You our present and move to the future that You have prepared for us. I ask You to come into our hearts and make us who You have called us to be so that we might do Your will here on earth. We thank You Lord in advance. We pray that You will begin to gloriously renew our present. In JESUS name we pray, Amen. 🙏🏾

Reflections

Father, there is no greater love than the love you give me.  I'm so thankful and grateful that You snatched me up out of the lifestyle I was living; thinking that my way was the right way or  just caught up in my own self-righteousness making excuses for why and what was going on in my life. GOD, before I totally committed my life to you, I was out here thinking the sins I kept committing and finding myself caught up in were not so bad. GOD, it was to the point of me making my flesh numb your convictions and in my own way I excused it, I always thought that I wasn't as bad as this person  or that person doing this or that. But let me be real, SIN is just that, SIN. NO LITTLE SIN or BIG SIN. GOD , you just wanted to pull me out. Thank you for never giving up on me. Heavenly Father, you allowed me to open my eyes and see the direction I was headed was not the path you had for me.  Father, you used so many signs to redirect me to You and to get on track Now I can focus and see clearly that I was blind. I can't sit and say that the walk with You doesn't come with accountability, responsibility, dedication, commitment and also new challenges. The challenges I face in my life are to equip me with strength, faith, wisdom, endurance, love and patience. I can't thank you enough for the mercy and grace that meets me every morning when You wake me up. So for that, i’m grateful. No one in this world has shown me so much love, kindness, forgiveness, grace and mercy. I’m walking in my full potential now of knowing with you I can and will win and have victory. I'm committed to you, Father. Loving you and knowing that no matter who comes or who goes, you are faithful and love me no matter what! Father, your Love is the greatest and it never fails.

 Quotes:

What we need is to love without getting tired. How does a lamp burn? Through the continuous input of small drops of oil. What are these drops of oil in our lamps? They are the small things of daily life: faithfulness, small words of kindness, a thought for others, our way of being silent, of looking, of speaking, and of acting. Do not look for Jesus away from yourselves. He is not out there; He is in you. Keep your lamp burning, and you will recognize Him.
Mother Teresa

My walk, my journey, my life will always have to be in faith; I know in the depths of my heart that I am faithfully waiting on his promises. Chimnese Davids – Nobody Like Jesus

Peace and war start within one’s own home. If we really want peace for the world, let us start by loving one another within our families. Sometimes it is hard for us to smile at one another.
Mother Teresa

All I am saying is: hold on to your faith, hold on to God, because nothing is impossible. We, the young adults of this world, are the ambassadors of a great tomorrow – of a bright future. - Where I Have Been  No Greater Love Than This
Chimnese Davids

Since we cannot see Christ, we cannot express our love to Him. But we do see our neighbor, and we can do for him what we would do for Christ if He were visible.
Mother Teresa

No Greater Love I have a knowing that my soul will forever seek your face. - No Greater Love Chimnese Davids

You may be exhausted with work, you may even kill yourself, but unless your work is interwoven with love, it is useless. To work without love is slavery.
Mother Teresa

I humbly seek you within the masses as you stepped before me, I believe you that you love me and because of that I can say this: There is no greater love than this. No other love can separate me from you. There is no other love that can hold me. Your love is forever, eternally great, because you have loved me before I came to be. - No Greater Love
 Chimnese Davids
