POWER OF PRAYER

Scripture:

Matthew 21:22 

And whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith.” 

Mark 9:29 

And he said to them, “This kind cannot be driven out by anything but prayer.” 

Mark 11:24 

Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours

MORNING PRAYER:

LORD, Thank you for waking us up this Thursday morning. What a blessing it is to see another day! Thank you for your goodness and for your blessings over us. I'm thankful I that I have a Father that has me covered. No matter what, we win with you. Thank you that you are able to bring hope and peace to our lives, even through the toughest of times, strengthening us for Your purpose. Thank you for your mercy and grace. Thank you that you are always with us and will never leave us. Forgive us for when we don't thank you enough or trust you for who you are and what you can do. Fill us with your peace and joy. We love you and we need you, this day and every day. We give you praise and thanks. For You alone are worthy. Father, thank you for your almighty power. Thank you that you go before us today. God, thank you for being a restorer. Thank you GOD for being our healer, our provider, our protector and our way maker. Remind us of your strength today. May we see glimpses of your glory and blessings along the way as we seek after You. Father, I ask that you bless those that are less fortunate than us. Heavenly Father, meet the needs of those that don’t have a place to lay their heads and for the homeless to obtain shelter. Father, I’m praying for those dealing with mental health and PTSD. Open doors, LORD, of deliverance and help. I pray that you touch those that are sick in hospitals and nursing homes. I pray for those that are dealing with domestic violence, for them to get help to get out of a toxic and dangerous situations. I pray for those with any addictions to be set free from codependency or seeking for a temporary solution to self medicate. I pray for those fighting the war. For our soldiers and I pray for the Ukraine. I pray for those that are incarcerated and for peace in this nation and peace in the middle east. I pray for Israel and the peace of Jerusalem. It's in JESUS name I pray, Amen. 

Reflections: 

Father, I thank you for showing me the power of prayer, all the benefits of praying. and the the power I have within me. It's because of my prayer life I will no longer let the storms that come put me in fear or doubt. I know now that my destiny is within my prayer and walking in faith and believing that what I pray for, GOD has the answer and is working it out for my good. Father thank you for the power of prayer. As I deal with the trails and test I face, I now believe "be it unto me according to my faith" and I will take all situations to you in prayer. I know now that I need to watch and be careful what I think and what I say out my mouth. I know I have the power within me to do all things with you by my side and by the power of prayer. The power of your word is at work. The word of GOD works if we work it. I have experienced your faithfulness and your amazing mercy and grace.  I have seen you work some things out in my life and have see things happen that are unexplainable that You have done for me. I know that You are powerful. Thank you for reassuring me that Your power is always near and that You wrap your loving arms around me in every season in my life. I will never be abandon as long as I’m connected to You and stay in your  presence. GOD, I know that Your word says that You are the Great I AM and all authority belongs to you. You are our creator. You are our sustainer.  You are our provider. You are our keeper. You are our way maker and our power source. Father, today I choose to walk in the power of prayer. I thank you for giving me the power of your Holy Spirit to do all things with your help. It’s in JESUS name I pray,  Amen. 🙏🏽

Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Closing prayer: 

Have a blessed Thursday family, friends and loved ones. Know that JESUS saves and He loves you. When the world leaves you standing alone or turn their backs on you, JESUS is right there. He got your back, your side and front, if you stay connected. Remember today that there is power in prayer. Whatever you do, surrender to the Lord and let Him work it out. Let it be what it is because we are covered in the blood. If you don’t know GOD, get to know Him. Try him. He is the truth. Whatever the Lord tells you to do. just do it. All we have belongs to GOD.  Keep trusting GOD. Just Know this, GOD remains the same. Know that we can count on Him no matter what!  It’s in JESUS name I pray, Amen.
