Laugh at the Devil 

Scripture: 

1 John 2:17 

The world and its desires pass away, but whoever does the will of God lives forever.

MORNING PRAYER:

Lord, Thank you for waking us up this Saturday Morning. What a blessing it is to see another day. Thank you for your goodness and for your blessings over us. I'm thankful that I have a father that has me covered. No matter what, we win with you . Thank you that you are able to bring hope and peace in our lives even through the toughest of times and strengthening us for your purpose. Thank you for your mercy and grace. Thank you that you are always with us and will never leave us. Forgive us for when we don't thank you enough, trust you for who you are and what you can do. Fill us with your peace and joy. We love you and we need you, this day and every day. We give you praise and thanks. For You alone are worthy, Father. Thank you for your Almighty Power. Thank you that you go before us. Today God, thank you for being a restorer. Thank you GOD for being a healer, our provider, our protector and our way maker. Remind us of your strength today. May we see glimpses of your glory and blessings along the way as we seek after you. Father, I  ask that you bless those that are less fortunate than us . Heavenly Father, meet the needs of those that don’t have a place to lay their heads and for the homeless to obtain shelter. Father, I’m praying for those dealing with mental health and PTSD. Open doors LORD of deliverance and help. I pray that you touch those that are sick in hospitals and nursing homes. I pray for those that are dealing with domestic violence. That they get help to get out of a toxic and dangerous situation. I pray for those with any addictions to be set free from a call dependency or seeking of a temporary solution to self medicate. I pray for those fighting the war. I pray for our soldiers and I pray for the Ukraine. I pray for those that are incarcerated and for peace in this nation and peace in the middle east. I pray for Israel and the peace of Jerusalem.  In JESUS name I pray, Amen.

Reflections: 

Father GOD, I know beyond my questions and even my concerns that I can laugh at the enemy. When he tries to put doubt in my head, especially when times get hard,  when jobs are questionable and the economy is all over the place and the normal flow of life is turned upside down, I can be sure You know how to make all things work together for our good. You knew we needed this situation to call on You for everything and reflect on our present pressures and situations. But I know that I’m blessed so I can laugh when the enemy wants me to doubt, second guess my assignment, my gift, my talent and walk. I can laugh when the flow of funds is uncertain and when I don’t know what, when or how. I still can laugh when the news keeps reporting stories that put all of us on edge because I know that GOD got me. These events are a part of Your divine plans and You will make sure it All works out for our good. For that I trust You and I love you more and more. I’m truly in love with you. I pray that I never be someone who is all talk and no action. Father, if there is anyone that I’m harboring resentment or hatred against, may you help me release that feeling to you and forgive you. I desire to love everyone around me, Lord. A person who hates his or her brother or sister in the Lord is a liar because though they claim to love God but the actually do not. Loving God is about how you treat everyone around you, so don’t let the enemy make us fight against each other. Laugh at him when he tries to start confusion knowing that God is not the author of confusion. It’s not just in the declarations you make about how loving you think you are. If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen? So let’s walk in love and forgiveness and truly trusting GOD plan.

Above all, keep loving one another earnestly, since love covers a multitude of sins.

John 13:34-35 

A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another. 

Romans 12:10 

Love one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing honor.

Closing prayer: 

Have a blessed Saturday family, friends and loved ones. Know that JESUS saves and he loves you. When the world leaves you standing alone or turn their backs on you, JESUS is right there. He got your back, your side and front. If you stay connected to GOD, He got you. Remember today that He knows the plans for your life. Whatever the Lord tells you to do, just do it! All we have, belongs to GOD.  Keep trusting GOD. Just know this, GOD remains the same. Know that we can count on Him no matter what!  It’s in JESUS name I pray, Amen.
