SCRIPTURE: James 1:19 says, "Be quick to hear, slow to speak, then the result is that you will be slow to anger!" Follow this simple pattern, and anger will lose its grip.
Ephesians 4:26 "Do not let the sun go down on your anger." Make peace with whomever you have something against today. Don’t let it fester. You’ll be amazed at how much less you will feel angry.
Morning prayer : 
Father GOD, I thank you for keeping us all year! This is a new day in a new year that you have given to us. I'm excited about these 31 days that we can start on a new journey, a new destiny and a new purpose in life. I’m so grateful and thankful to God for the opportunity to increase my relationship with Him and all the possibilities that we can experience on this 31 day journey of prayer and fasting . I'm also thankful for being able to develop a closer and stronger relationship with Him. Today I sat and analyzed some things in my life and went over my vision board. I wrote down, in detail, the things that I wanted to see happen on my journey as I go through these 31 days of prayer, fasting and consecration. I also printed out my fasting contract so that I can detail all the things that I want to offer up to Him in order to see Him move on my behalf. I don’t know if anyone has been on a spiritual fast before but this is my 19th year of my journey of fasting and praying with GOD Guiding me. But this time I’m expecting a higher move of GOD. Signs and wonders. I'm asking Him continuously to build me up and to strengthen me to walk with Him. I'm asking Him to take me higher in him. This year has been a very trying time. But I’m embracing this year, this new season, with great anticipation that we’re going to see a mighty move of God. I’m very excited about the move of GOD in this season. Let’s see what GOD is going to do in these 31 days of prayer 
and fasting.
Today, we are fasting from anger—thoughts like, "I feel angry," or, "They make me so mad." Anger is a powerful emotion that obviously can hurt ourselves and others. It leads to bad decisions, damaged relationships, stress, and physical sickness.
IT'S OK TO FEEL ANGER, BUT DIRECT IT THE RIGHT WAY—TOWARDS THE DEVIL
Notice, the next verse goes on to say, "Don’t give the devil an opportunity to work." (Ephesians 4:27) The devil wants you to blame others for your anger. But realize, there’s no one to blame but the devil! And like a soldier with a machine gun, who just discovered the enemy, turn your weapons completely on him. Use your anger to resist the devil by speaking the Word with an aggressive force, and eliminate his opponents . Remember, anger comes from a sense of powerlessness. When we feel powerless to change something, we get afraid, leading us to anger. 2 Timothy 1:7 says, "GOD has not given us a spirit of fear, but power, love, and a sound mind." Meditate on this verse. You have power. I am free from the power of anger. I have power over it! I have power, love, and a sound mind. I will not act rashly, but choose to listen quickly and speak slowly. I say to anger: You are fired I refuse to blame anyone for my angry feelings. I will use my aggressive feelings against the devil by speaking the Word of God and resisting him firmly in my faith today, let Go and let GOD . Take it to God in prayer, Leave it in God’s hands, and Let it go. Finding it hard to let it go? Take it to God in prayer. Ask God to heal you and help you to let go. God is willing and God is able to help you overcome anger and bitterness and instead fill you with His peace and joy. Take it to God in prayer, there is nothing too difficult for God to do. God will comfort you, heal you, and fill your spirit with Love and forgiveness.
CLOSING PRAYER:
Lord, Thank you for your amazing power and work in our lives. Thank you for your goodness and for your blessings over us. Thank you that you are able to bring hope through even the toughest of times and strengthening us for your purpose. Thank you for your great love and care. Thank you for your mercy and grace. Thank you that you are always with us and will never leave us. Thank you for your incredible sacrifice so that we might have freedom and life. Forgive us for when we don't thank you enough for who you are, for all that you do and for all that you've given. Help us to set our eyes and our hearts on you. Renew our spirits. Fill us with your peace and joy. We love you and we need you, this day and every day. We give you praise and thanks for You alone are worthy! Father, thank you for your presence with us. Thank you for your Almighty power. Thank you that you go before us, and cover us. Thank you that you are in our midst and that our future is secure in the place you're preparing for us. Your words bring such hope and comfort. Remind us of your strength today. May we see glimpses of your glory and blessing along the way as we seek after you. For victory and salvation are found in you alone. Father I pray for your spirit to be with us and let us experience you like never before on this fast. It’s In the Mighty Name of JESUS name I pray, Amen
Remember to Let it go all of it. Chase Anger Away – Speak words of life and blessing. Be the best Ambassador for Christ. Let it go. Turn it over to JESUS! May God always grant us the grace to know how to answer each person graciously, always representing Christ in a first class manner, with no regrets. Amen.
