DAY 9 OF PRAYER & FASTING:

Search me O GOD and know my heart, try me and know my anxieties and see if there is any wicked way in me and lead me in the way of everlasting righteousness.
PRAYER STARTER:
Father God, You are so amazing! We are 9 days into the new year and you are really doing it. I just want to thank you for keeping us all through last year. 2021 was a rough year, but I'm excited about this New Year. I know a new year can often bring a mixed bag of emotions and memories for many of us. The events of 2021, including an ongoing pandemic, racial tensions, joblessness, and political unrest created an unprecedented time of unrest and anxiety. While some may have just experienced the best year ever and look forward to an even greater one, others may have just trudged through one deep struggle after another. The fresh calendar year brings desperate hope for things to be better, with an ache for the still-fresh wounds to slowly begin their process of healing. Praying at the start of the New Year doesn't always bring immediate change at the stroke of midnight, but it begins the opening of our hearts to God's Words of hope and peace and trusting GOD no matter what. I'm excited about this 31 days of praying and fasting in which we can start on a new journey, a new destiny and a new purpose in life. This is the 9th day of the fast. I know this year will be a reset of all things. I’m so grateful and thankful to God for this fast because it is a time to really get tuned in with GOD. The opportunities to increase my relationship with my Father. I have great expectations to see all that’s going to happen on my journey as I go through these 31 days of prayer and fasting and consecration so that I can get detailed in the things that I want to offer up to God in order to see him move on my behalf on this journey. In 2022, I’m expecting a higher move of GOD with signs and wonders. I'm asking him to continuously build me up and to strengthen my walk with Him. To take me higher in him. Last year was been a very trying time. But I’m embracing this new year and this new season with great anticipation that we’re going to see a mighty move of God. I’m very excited about the move of GOD in this season. Let’s see what GOD is going to do in these 31 days of prayer 🙏🏽 and fasting!
WISDOM ON FASTING
It's such a powerful thing to hear GOD'S voice clearly at the beginning of a new year. Which is why I want to share as much as I can on fasting and praying as possible. There is no more powerful tools in the tool box of the believer that is more powerful than the combination of fasting and prayer. Today, along with fasting from foods, we're fasting from a negative attitude and things we allow to put wrong thoughts in our minds. Attitude Is everything. It is a mindset that takes precedence over all other facts. I want us to obliterate negativity from our lives. You Can control whether life is easy or hard, by your attitude. So many people look at things in a negative way, expect negative things to happen, and speak themselves into negative results. They never grow. So...
LET'S CHANGE IT TODAY!
GOD IS A YES GOD
STOP SEEING GIANTS AROUND YOU AND START SEEING THE GIANT IN YOU!
Greater is He that is in you. Begin to see yourself conquering everything!
BE A THERMOSTAT, NOT A THERMOMETER
A thermostat SETS the temperature. It doesn’t read it. Set the thermostat of your attitude to "ABOVE ONLY" thinking. Deuteronomy 28:13 says, "You will be ABOVE ONLY and not beneath." The NIV says, "YOU WILL ALWAYS BE AT THE TOP." Refuse to accept any other way of thinking or living. Success comes in CANS, not in CANNOTS! Philippians 4:13 says, "I CAN do all things through Christ which strengthens me."
GET RID OF THE NEGATIVE PSYCHIC IN YOU. The "negative psychic" in you presumes you know what people are thinking about you and it’s usually bad. "She thinks I’m an idiot"; "I can tell he’s always judging me" ...etc. The only person's thoughts that matter about you are GODS and THEY ARE GOOD.
2 Corinthians 1:20—"All the promises of GOD are YES!" He says YES to everything He has promised. He’s a positive GOD and you are made in His image.

My life is getting easier not harder! I focus on the good things GOD has done in my life. I believe all things are possible! I look for opportunity to come my way because of my hope in JESUS. I’m above ONLY and not beneath. I am the head and not the tail. My attitude of faith and expectation in GOD takes precedence over all other facts... beginning today, by the power of the HOLY SPIRIT, it will and it shall be done!

Lord, Thank you for your amazing power and work in our lives. Thank you for your goodness and for your blessings over us. Thank you that you are able to bring hope through even the toughest of times, strengthening us for your purposes. Thank you for your great love and care. Thank you for your mercy and grace. Thank you that you are always with us and will never leave us. Thank you for your incredible sacrifice so that we might have freedom and life. Forgive us for when we don't thank you enough, for who you are, for all that you do, for all that you've given. Help us to set our eyes and our hearts on you afresh. Renew our spirits, fill us with your peace and joy. We love you and we need you, this day and every day. We give you praise and thanks, for You alone are worthy! Amen. Father Thank you for your presence with us, thank you for your Almighty Shadow. Thank you that you go before us, and cover us from behind. Thank you that you are in our midst and that our future is secure in the place you're preparing for us. Your words bring such hope and comfort. Remind us of your strength today. May we see glimpses of your glory and blessing along the way as we seek after you. For victory and salvation are found in you alone. Father, I pray for your spirit to be with us and let us experience you like never before on this fast. It’s in the Mighty Name of JESUS I pray, 🙏🏽 Amen.
